The equipment needed for the base laboratory that tests 10,000 tubes per day: 4~6 96-well nucleic acid extraction instruments, 10~12 96-well PCR amplification instruments, 3 ⅡA2 double biological safety cabinets, and supporting facilities Use three to four eight-channel pipettes, two to three single-tube palm centrifuges, two to three 8-tube and (or) 96-well plate centrifuges, vortex mixer (small vortex mixer) 2~3 homogenizers, 1~2 multi-tube vortex mixers) [7]. When using fully automated equipment or increasing the amount of detection, appropriate adjustments can be made according to this standard.
